It is often said that it is 5 to 10 times cheaper to sell to an existing customer than it is to get a new customer. This is because your customers have already purchased from you and they already have a little bit of that “know, like, and trust”. They’re more likely to buy from you again. Especially if you can create some top of mind awareness and keep in touch with them.
