The Secret on Oprah

I don’t normally write about Oprah. However I have become aware of this movie called The Secret.

I heard about this movie before it was going to be released. And well, I thought it was a load of “bullcrap”. I can say that right? I mean I won’t swear, but you guys don’t mind me saying “crap”?

So I didn’t check out the video when it came out. That was over 6 months ago. Recently several friends of mine have told me I have to watch this video. Also some of my new business partners raved about the movie. So many people I admire and respect told me to watch the video I decided I needed to see it.

You see the Secret tells about one of the secrets of the universe. Something powerful people know that the average person doesn’t. It’s a secret that separates wealthy and poor. World leaders, philosophers, inventors, entrepreneurs all know the secret.

So I bought the DVD online at the Secret web site. I believed it was going to be a good movie. I wanted to share it with my wife. I didn’t want to just watch it online. You can watch it for a few bucks online or you can even maybe find it on Google Video for free. I’ve seen a few people hosting it for free if you absolutely refuse to pay for the secret.

However, let me tell you the $30 or so I paid for the movie is well worth it. And now I can share the secret with other people! I can give them the DVD to watch.

No, this isn’t a religion. It’s a universal law like the law of gravity. However it is a law that helps you get everything you want. Whether or not it is love, a better job, a thriving business, health… whatever it is you can attain it.

It’s talked about a bit in books like Think and Grow Rich, but the secret is a more powerful version.
