The key to being successful
Today I have another great quote from The Slight Edge: Secret to a Successful Life
I’ve said that successful people are willing to do those things unsuccessful people are not. And sometimes those things are uncomfortable. There is always a price you pay…
Think about this quote.
Successful people do those things unsuccessful people don’t do. This includes things that are uncomfortable. They are willing to pay the price. They are willing to feel the pain. They are willing to get out of their comfort zone.
This can apply to athletes… business people… anyone.
In your business are you willing to get out of your comfort zone? You might be comfortable marketing online, reading emails, responding to email, etc. Yet when it comes to picking up the phone and calling people back, are you willing to take that extra step? You might sometimes have to deal with a “gatekeeper” that is screening calls. It could be a spouse or a personal assistant. Are you willing to put in that effort?
Remember, you can have a little success on accident. You can get lucky. You can be in the right place at the right time. However to have long term success you’ve got to make that extra effort. Are you willing to do that in your business?

It seems almost to simple, but that quote really says it all. Successful people really are successful because of the fact they are willing to go above and beyond. They are willing work longer, create more content, develop more video, make more friends when it comes to marketing online.

This is how successful people differentiate from the unsuccessful ones. You need to pay a prices for everything, even for your home business. You may need to give up the TV, the games you like, the time you spend with your friends to get your own home-based business right.
For some of us to make our home base business successful it may require weekends for 1 year to develop off-line relationships, it can make us uncomfortable when we work a Job during the week and on weekend dedicated to our home business, those who can manage this great with there spare time lam sure will have greater reward soon!
