What 1 Thing Can Your Upline Do for You in 2009?

As we’re finishing up 2008 I’m working on my personal business plan for my business in 2009. As an upline with thousands of people on my team I’m still not satisified. I know I can still improve and get better.
So I’d like to ask you the readers to help!
What 1 thing could your upline do for you in 2009 to help you grow your business? What 1 thing do you think will have the most impact on you and your business in 2009?

Hi Ben this is a gret question, but question for you is what are you not satisfed with? What are you trying to improve? And maybe more people will comment LOL.

Kudos to you for thinking about what you can do for your downline in 2009. Downlines are what make us successful in Network Marketing. That is the wonderful thing about MLM, the more they are successful, the more that we are successful

I personally am not satisfied with the growth rate of my team. We’re growing consistently but I want to see more of my team members at the top. I want to see more of them winning trips, winning awards, and getting the recognition they deserve.
A few things I’m doing to help:
1. Travel more to meet my team members and support them where they live.
2. Enhance my team web sites and training to provide my team more resources and hands on training.
3. Develop an advertising co-op to assist my team members in getting more prospects.

Just been there as a up line is a great start all my up line do that very well considering they have 1000s under them, l know lam in a great support team, one thing as a team we could all help our up line to be greater leaders by not bogging them down with product or service support try to use our company’s more for that, one thing l could suggest every upline leader is to look at is to make sure there duplicating there time effectively that it has a passive effect for years to come, Great excellent job to all my upline Support in 2008
