What are some characteristics you look for in a leader?

I have a question for you today… As a network marketer what are some of the charactertistics you look for in a leader?
Dedication?
Persistence?
Honesty?
Self Motivation?
What kinds of things do you look for in a leader? Both someone you’d want to join and in someone on your team who stands out as a leader. What are some of the qualities these people embody?

Great question- I think probably one of the most important characteristics in a leader that I look for is self-discipline and self-motivated.
In order to make it in this industry you have to be driven and work alongside of those who are as well. I also think those who are more entrepreneurial minded are a great plus too! They are always looking for new opportunities.
