FTC Guidelines for Endorsing Products on Blogs
Hi readers,
Did you know the FTC has updated their requirements for bloggers to disclose paid endorsements?
That means you and I as network marketers that are paid to promote a particular product or opportunity now need to disclose that information. It also means if you refer some affiliate program for a autoresponder or internet provider or whatever you now need to disclose that information as well.
Here are 6 quick videos from the FTC explaining the new requirements. You can also view the text of the endorsement guidelines here. (PDF)

I have added an Advertising Disclosure page to my site. I hope that is enough to satisfy the new requirements. I really don’t want to have to add a disclosure statement onto every page with an affiliate link on it.
I think most people are savvy enough to know that when they click on an ad that the site owner is compensated in some way.

Very important subject for Internet Marketers.
Clear explanations given. Thank you for taking the time out to put it all together.
At the end of the day it is probably down to commonsense.
