Network Marketing & MLM Training by Home Business Blogs

Why 93% of internet businesses fail

I’m really excited today. Today I’m going to be able to give you a
sneak peek at the internet marketing game! A fun new web site that
strives to teach you why 93% of internet businesses fail and how to
overcome those failures.

Have you ever seen Robert Kiyosaki’s Cashflow Quadrant games? Or
maybe you’ve watched the television game show “wheel of fortune”?

Well my friend Harris has taken these and combined them together to
teach you about internet marketing.

If you are in a hurry you can go right now and check it out at:

http://www.instant-buzz-mastery.com/recommends/imgame-cl

The Internet Marketing game is for everyone. If you are a novice,
you’ll find step by step instructions, videos, audios, and mind maps.
If you are an intermediate marketer already making some money on line,
you’ll also benefit from this and get to network with other people and
take your business to the next level. And if you are a pro but aren’t
yet making the kind of money you want, there will also be some
material for you. Plus you can benefit from partnering with people
like Harris and myself.

Right now you can signup for free at the Internet Marketing Game
site. Just enter in your name and your best email address. You’ll
receive an email in just a few minutes which contains your username
and password to access the web site. You can watch a free set of
videos. They take about 10 minutes or so. They are pretty fun and
will give you an idea of the kind of training you will get.

The internet marketing game is NOT open to the public yet! Only a few
people know about it, but because you are a reader of my blog you get
to find out about it a week early. It won’t go live until next week
at which point it will cost $1 to try it out, and $67 a month if you
want to stay subscribed to get 6 training lessons every month, 4
“practice sessions” every month to practice what you learned, and a
private members community so you can get training and network with
other people in the class (as well as the trainers.)

This is a very fun way to learn about internet marketing. It will
teach you ALL aspects of internet marketing and how to grow a
successful business. Whether or not you want to do email marketing,
ebay, adsense, search engines, or just want to learn tools like press
releases and article syndication to get more traffic to your web
sites.

Remember you can watch your first set of videos for free. So check
it out, you have nothing to loose.

I’ll see you at the internet marketing game forum!

Product Launch Problems and Lessons Learned

Wow, I haven’t been writing consistently. Sorry about that. I’ve been so busy launching my new web site and working on the next couple of launches… Plus I had to put some time and energy into some old sites to keep my members happy.

I wanted to take a few minutes today to tell you about my last product launch (the instant buzz ebook). I ran into some problems but I think I learned some valuable lessons that will help you next time you go to launch a web site, ebook, etc…

The biggest problem I encountered was I tried to launch the site too quickly. I was anxious to generate some revenue from this product that had been sitting on my shelf unfinished. It was a project I should have launched in March or April but I got to the hard part and sort of forgot about it. I chased another project that was easier to work on or “more fun”. So after going to the Internet Marketing Main Event (TIMME) and getting excited and motivated I decided to finish up this old project before I did any work on anything new.

So I set a launch date of only two weeks after I got back from the seminar. Actually 10 days after I got back from the seminar! I was going to try and do the entire membership area, complete the site, make the rebrandable ebook, and get a bunch of bonuses together all in 10 days. BUT I still work a JOB! So that meant I’d only be able to work part time on the site.

I got several people I met at TIMME interested in helping me launch the thing…. BUT then 1 day before the launch I had to cancel the launch! I had to delay it by one week because I didn’t have the site completed!

So the biggest problem was one week later when I was ready to launch the site, those partners weren’t as excited about the project. To this date one of my friends who told me he was going to help me still hasn’t even sent out a single email about my site. :( Its my fault really because I tried to do things too quickly.

So, when you go to launch your next web site, make sure you give yourself plenty of time. Make sure your site is done, your sales pages are working, your membership area is working, and you’ve tested everything. It doesn’t have to be 100% perfect but make sure you’ve got it ready BEFORE you set your launch date. That way you don’t miss your launch!

I not only missed my launch, but I ended up launching the same day as a $800 product. Most people wanted to market the $800 product not my little $9.97 and $67 products! I can’t blame them!

Oh well…

When I get time I’ll tell you some more stories about the lessons I learned…

Instant Buzz eBook

I finally launched the Instant Buzz eBook.

This is one of those unfinished projects I had laying around for awhile. When I went to the Internet Marketing Main Event one thing that hit me like a brick was that I needed to focus more. I even met one of the experts I interviewed for my Instant Buzz eBook and he was like, I was wondering where that project stood!

As I was hanging out with people and talking about projects a few of them commented on how I seemed to be doing so many things… But the real truth was I was working on lots of stuff but hadn’t launched many sites!

So I decided to focus and launch this ebook as soon as possible!

I had been building a prelaunch mailing list using my own Instant Buzz adspace. The list was over 200 so I started by asking them to help me name the ebook. Meanwhile I worked on finishing up the ebook.

They came up with the name Instant Buzz Mastery: Secrets the Pros Use to Drive Profits Through the Roof with Instant Buzz. I thought it was a pretty catchy name. It had a few keywords in it like “secrets” “pros” and “profits”. It also had “mastery” which is similar to “master” and “pro”.

So on Tuesday October 3rd I launched the ebook… A big launch was going on the same day so it was hard to get JV partners lined up. I had one main JV partner willing to help. It has turned out to be a good thing. Sort of what people would call a “soft launch” and has given us time to fix many issues with the site. Now I’m hoping to have a more formal launch next week and we’ll have already worked out the issues before hand.

If you are curious about Instant Buzz or even if you are an established Instant Buzzer you might want to check out the free ebook: http://www.instant-buzz-mastery.com I interviewed 3 experts and there are some really cool tips in there. Plus paid members get access to video trainings and teleconferences with the experts.

I’ll write more about the launch later…
