Usually when I disappear for awhile it is because I’m busy working.

The past couple of weeks have been a blur for me because I have 3 new products coming out!

I think you may find all 3 products interesting but this one in particular is notable. I’ve set up webinars for my business associates and friends.  These weekly webinars are on the topic of 40 ways to grow your business using greeting cards, postcards, and gifts.

This is going to be a beneficial webinar for any business owner.  We’re going to cover in detail 40 different ways to grow your business using greeting cards, postcards, and gifts.  We will be talking about a greeting card system you can use for follow up but you can even apply some of these same ideas to email, text messaging, or other forums of communication.

Another aspect you may find beneficial is you may want to create your own system like this for your team.  When I have written in the past about having your own MLM marketing system this is what I meant.  I am talking about a generic system your team can use to promote your business AND build themselves up in the eyes of the prospect.

You can join my webinars to see how I’ve setup the system.  Here is a quick overview of how this system works:

1. Lead Capture Pages personalized for each member of my team
2. Prospect enters in their email to register for the webinar
3. Prospect is asked to confirm their email
4. Once confirmed they will receive autoresponder emails and reminders about each webinar
5. An email is also fired off the the team member to let them know they have a new prospect
6. Each email in the autoresponder is personalized to my team member NOT me
7. Email reminders will go out day of webinar to remind people
8. All emails and autoresponders drive traffic to the webinar schedule which also contains the contact information for my team members
9. The webinars are setup using InstantTeleseminar.

The key here is that it is super simple for my team members.  Every team member has one link to promote. That’s it. They promote their link to get people to register for the webinars and the rest of the system does the work for them.

We use the autoresponder to keep in touch with the prospect and continually remind them of the benefits of the webinars and the upcoming webinar schedule. The webinar is generic  and at the end of the webinar we tell people to get back in touch with the person who invited them to the webinar.

New people who join our team can instantly get a web site like this and use the same tool to promote their business.

The whole team gains momentum and focuses on one simple marketing system.

Hello readers,

I hope you have been enjoying my series on tools to grow your network marketing business.

This week I want to talk about one of my favorite tools, webinar services.

One of my mentors in network marketing told me that everything I do should be a training.  This applies itself wonderfully if you have a local team and you can go out and meet prospects and do business presentations together.  However, what do you do if you work on the internet? What if your team members are spread all over the world?

That is why you should investigate webinars.

A webinar is a software program that allows your team to watch on the internet as you do things on your computer.  At it’s most basic level you can show powerpoint presentations and your team can listen in over the web or over the telephone while they watch on their computer screen. If you do a lot of internet related stuff you can turn this into a full on training session.  You can show someone how to use your web site, how to use their back office, or even give internet marketing lessons.  Your team can see your computer desktop while you are training them.  They can see your web browser or your software and learn by watching you.  It is a very powerful training method!

Best of all some webinar services allow you to record the training.  The training is recorded as a Flash movie that you can put up on a web page for your team members that missed your training session.  If the training was complicated your team can refer back to the training over and over again.  New members joining your team six months or a year later can benefit from your “library” of trainings that you recorded.

There are some webinar services out there which are really crap and are just sold because their is an MLM component to them.  The webinar service I use is the best in the business. My favorite webinar software is from Citrix. They make GoToMeeting and GoToWebinar.

With GoToMeeting you can host up to 25 people at a time. With GoToWebinar you can host up to 1000 people at a time!  They include teleconference lines and the ability for people to listen in using VOIP. We use it a lot to build our international business and save our team members money since they can just watch and listen over the web.

You can try GoToMeeting: Free for 30 days and host meetings of up to 25 people at a time. You can also try GoToWebinar for 30 days to host meetings of up to 1,000 people.
These webinar services can be powerful ways to train your organization or do sales presentations. They also allow you to record the webinar and make it available as a flash video that people can watch over the internet.  I’ve even called this my favorite training tool!

Hi All,

I was listening to a audio training by Big Al the other day. He said something pretty interesting. He said that everything we do in our MLM enterprise should be a training.

Think about it.

Imagine if every time you called a prospect you did 3 ways where your team members could listen in.

Imagine if every time you put together a new internet marketing campaign you did a live training where your team could watch how you did it.

Wouldn’t that be powerful?

One tool I’ve found that makes this work is GoToMeeting or GoToWebinar. (See why I call this the best new mlm training tool here.) GoToMeeting allows up to 15 people to watch you work on the computer. You can use it for business presentations or trainings for your team. So if you’re building a blog and want your team members to know how easy it is to setup their own blog, why not do it as a training event? You can set it up so that your team members can watch you and ask questions while you setup the new blog!

It’s the same concept as the 3way call. Make everything you do into a training activity.

I’m going to setup one night a week where my team members can watch me build web sites, do online marketing, respond to prospects, etc. It’s an activity I already do to grow my business but I’ll be able to show my team members how they can do it too.

Think about your business. How can you turn all your prospecting into a training? How can you turn your marketing into a training?

Can you invite someone on your team to go with you to distribute flyers/sizzle cards?

Can you invite someone on your team to listen in as you call prospects?

What ways can you get your team involved and create more training events?
