A webinar is kind of like a teleseminar except that our teams can actually watch us live on their computer at home. It’s a great training tool because instead of simply “hearing” you speak to them they can actually “watch” you. Do you want to show your team how to use your web site or back office? Now you can show them!

Do you have someone that is struggling because they aren’t a techy? Guess what? Now you can load up your webinar and you can watch them on their computer. You can see that they are clicking on the wrong button, see the error messages on their screens, etc.

This is so powerful.

I signed up 4 distributors in one week while I was still working a full time job. How did I train them all? I got them all on a webinar where they could all watch me. I showed them step by step how to use the web site, how to do demos, how to use their back office, etc. It was awesome. One of the distributors was from the UK, one from Canada, and two from the USA. We had an international group and I was able to better leverage my time. Instead of spending 6 hours training 4 people I was able to do it for all 4 at once so it only took me 90 minutes.

Another powerful aspect of a webinar is… Host one training, record it, and make it available for people to watch that missed your webinar! Now you can simply record your webinars and you can build a library of training materials for your teams.
